Calor, Calor y Mucho Calor!
The worst part of my day is when I have to put on sunblock. It’s a hard life, I know. The heat in Buenos Aires tamed down 4 days after Christmas, usually ranging 22C – 29C. But I have gotten so dark here, that I had to rev up my protection against the sun. I came here with just two bottles of sunblock, I now have four (Australian sunblock is still the best – light and not greasy).
Left: Damage after 7 days in BA.
Right: 2 weeks later.
Since it’s summer here, the sun is out from 7am till about 8:00pm. As much as I want to avoid the sun, it would be such a shame to waste a whole day holed up in the apartment. But today, I did exactly that. It rained this morning (I was asleep all afternoon, so I don’t know if it had rained some more) so it justified my decision to stay home. It feels nice to sloth around and not put on sunblock, for a change.
But once the sun sets, I’m outta here!
Hey, minsan ka lang umitim! Gumala ka nang gumala dyan! Sayang ang punta! Hahaha!!!
yun din laging iniisip ko, sayang ang biyahe!
Smart girl!
