When I’m not noshing on Dulce de Leche ice cream, this is what I’m nibbling on:

It’s basically 2 shortbread cookies with THICK dulce de leche filling. Alfajores isn’t a native treat of Argentina, as they are made in Spain and other Latin American countries as well.

Havanna is the top brand in Argentina, but I prefer Cachafaz. We actually tried making our own, pero es no bueno (jajaja).

    Gee, there is so much sugar in your blood when you come home. Dulce de leche ice cream and thick creamy short bread cookies! Appears like the equivalent of Silvanas of Red Ribbon. Yummy 🙂 but not for me. Hey, your work station is ready. Uwi ka na daw.
