La Comida Argentina (Tradicional): HUMITA

Part tamales, part corn stew. The main ingredient is corn, and is slowly cooked with oil. This starchy concoction can be served warpped in corn husks (just like tamales) or in a stew pot. Humitas are also often eaten with bits of cheeses.
