La Comida Argentina (Tradicional): LOCRO

Locro is a traditional South American stew made of hominy (ground maize), beans, vegetables and meat. More popular during the winter season, as it is meant to be taken hot. Locros are usually served with bread (as if the dish by itself, isn’t filling enough).
